HOW TO: Straighten a Synthetic Wig!

This video will show you how to straighten a heat resistant synthetic wig using the hot water method. If you are unsure if your wig is heat resistant, PLEASE do a heat test first so that you don't melt and ruin your wig! If your wig IS heat resistant, you can also straighten it with a hair straightener, but I find this method so much faster and easier. I hope it helps ya!

I received my package faster than the estimated time, the package arrived at my door step in 3 days, I chose standard shipping.

This wig is a little bit more expensive than what I usually spend (under 50) also I was very nervous to buy a wig online so I've been very anxious for this to come.
First the pros:
~The wig is very thick but still natural looking enough to wear normally, the last thing I want is a wig that looks like a wig.
~the hair line is one of my favorites so far, looks very natural on me
~the clips are further back in the wig and very comfortable. Some wigs have the clips right at the hair line which ultimately just irritate my hair line and pulls out hair so this is a super plus for me.
~it looks very real, even my boyfriend who knows I wear wigs said he couldn't believe it was a wig.
*I will note that I altered my wig a little for the realistic look which you will see in the cons.

The cons:
~bad wig cut/style. The style of the cut looked very wiggy, it was way too long so I trimmed it up into a more natural cut, I am not taking a star off for this because the wig does look exactly how it looks pictured so I know I was going to give it a cut upon its arrival.
~the wig was very shiny and not as blonde as I antisipated, it was more of white which looked fake. I did not take a star off for this because most wigs are too shiny when they are knew, easily taken care of by some baby powder and/or light face powder. After I powdered mine it looked more platinum blonde like I desired.

So there it is, great wig for the price. Very real looking with lots of hair and heat safe on a low setting.

How to wear? 
1. Wrap your own hair tightly into a high ponytail and wrap around the base of your own hair ponytail, and place your fingers to pull the end piece of the ponytail into the wrap as to create a knot. 
2. Press down on the bun, using bobby pins into the hair to secure the bun and keep it close to the skull.
